Single storey extension to a care home

The building had to comply with the Care Standards Regulations and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

Outdoor Activities Centre

Adapting a steel portal framed tractor maintenance shed into a shop and outdoor activities centre.

The building had to fully comply with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and be re-clad in corrugated steel sheeting to satisfy the Conservation Officer.

Adaptation of a Village Hall

We needed to erect a second floor, create access for the disabled, supply a bar and public toilets without

spoiling the character of the original building.
