Total Design Solutions Ltd was established in 2003 to provide a high-quality design service developing practical solutions tailored to client needs. We believe in good communication and integrity. The company carries full professional indemnity insurance, public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance.

The company has experience in conversion and adaptation of existing buildings (including listed buildings and those in conservation areas) as well as new build. We promote the use of sustainable architecture, such as the use of renewable energy sources and energy-saving technology, in all projects as appropriate.

Total Design Solutions Ltd currently employs three Architectural Technologists (BSc Hons), and an Architect (RIBA). The company also has access to a network of other professionals, such as Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Planning Consultants, to build a complete design team tailored to each project. Total Design Solutions Ltd uses the latest CAD software, and NBS Building and Specifier software.
